As founder of Heritage Land Company, Cole Hoskison considers it a privilege to serve his clients in reaching their real estate goals. Cole’s life is centered around land and its stewardship. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife & Conservation Science and is an avid outdoorsman. Cole has been involved in agriculture from a young age, and currently owns a cow/calf operation that spans five counties. In the past he has managed up to 20,000 acres of ranch investment property at a time. Cole has used his substantial agricultural knowledge, along with his personal network of qualified buyers, to personally facilitate over $150 million in farm and ranch real estate transactions. Cole currently serves as the mayor of Pecan Gap, TX where he lives with his wife and three children.
